Soulnar Healing
SoulNar combines the powerful combination of sound and energy healing into one truly lifechanging healing modality.
In every SoulNar session we work on clearing your energetic and emotional fields with a combination of guided breathwork, sound healing and hands on energy healing. This helps to shift past traumas that have been held in the bodies energetic memory field.
If left untreated, these can manifest as emotional imbalances, dis-ease or even pain. In your 1 hr session I use 3 sound healing instrument – a crystal singing bowl (tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra), +528hz chime and tingsha bells.

Functional Conditioning
Personal trainer: 33 years experience in Australia and also overseas. I fell into personal training because I relied on strength training when I was young to keep my mind well due to childhood trauma. It started my lifelong health, fitness, wellness and healing journey.
I started a personal training studio in North Brisbane in 2005 and ran that successfully for years. Over the years I have worked one on one with men, women and children for many different goals as well as groups of various sizes. I have competed on stage, competed in 4 tough mudders and qualified for worlds toughest mudder, I have completed many 10km and 21 km fun runs and also a full marathon and have helped many clients do the same.
I have also worked with disabled clients to achieve many huge milestones for them.

Quantum Energy Work
ReNew U Quantum Energy Work restores your connection with life force energy through a non-manipulative hands on process. Restored flow can correct your spine and posture, resolve pain, bring peace to your mind and potentially resolve illness in the body. This is a very gentle restorative session for the client that usually brings much peace into one’s life.
Myofascial Release
Fascia is the most abundant substance in the body and usually the most overlooked too.
This is due in no small part to hundreds of years of anatomists removing this substance during dissection in order to reveal the ‘important’ structures underneath. Far from being the ‘inert ground substance’ that used to be taught in anatomy and physiology, fascia is fundamental to fine motor control in movement, and is intimately involved in the experience of pain, and in the construction of our emotional selves.
Until recently, most researchers thought that the viscosity of fascia was related to how much water you consume, but this turned out to be false. It is your movement regime that keeps fascia supple and conversely a lack of movement can allow fascia to become sticky.
Fascia can adhere to adjacent muscles or it can simply lose its extensibility and suppleness. Many aches and pains are related to this aspect of fascia.
